THE #NIETS NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAILS

Inspired by Sir Harry Craddock (1862) and Mr. Jerry Thomas (1930), The Savoy / London / UK.

 

At #Niets, we worked out on recipes to facilitate your zero-alcohol drink experience.

We focused on easy-to-find ingredients and mixers instead of make you thirsty with a complicated shopping list.

The cocktail list below combine Botaniets Gin 0.0% with rosemary, basil leaves, lime juice, apple juice, oranges, mint, progenerate juice, berries, raspberries, strawberries, ice and different type of Glasses.

 

15 seconds G&T

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Juice of a lemon - squashed

Single sprig of rosemary

100ml elderflower tonic

Method:

Build in a medium-sized

glass over 2 to 3 small

lumps of ice

MANHATTAN

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

4 Fresh green mint leaves

1 Dash of lemon juice

2 Dashes of orange juice

Ground pepper

Method:

Shake well, strain into a

balloon cocktail glass over a

single lump of ice

PARSON’S

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Juice of a ó a lemon

ó Tablespoon of liquid sugar

10 ml pomegranate juice

8 pomegranate pearls

Method:

Shake, pour into a cocktail

glass over 3 small lumps of

ice, top with soda & garnish

with a basil leaf

GIN SLING

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Dissolve a teaspoon of

Angostura Bitters into water

Juice of 1 orange

Method:

Shake well, pour into a

whisky glass and top off

with soda water, garnish

with orange peel & pepper

GRAND ROYAL STRAWBERRY

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Thinly sliced strawberry

Sprig of rosemary

100 ml elderflower tonic

Method:

Fix the strawberry slices inside

a wine glass, pour over two

lumps of ice, garnish with

grated lime chips

NIETS FIZZ

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

100 ml bitter orange tonic

2 fresh mint leaves

1 or 2 raspberries

Method:

Build in a martini glass over 2

to 3 small lumps of ice

BEACH BLOW NIETS

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Juice of 1 lime

4 Mashed frozen strawberries

100 ml bitter orange tonic

1 tablespoon sweet cream

Method:

Shake well, strain into a

medium glass over 2 small

lumps of ice

OSTEND FIZZ

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

10 ml Orgeat

100 ml London classic tonic

One teaspoon of cassis syrup

2 mashed strawberries

Method:

Shake well and strain into a large

wine glass full of crushed ice

HARVARD PINE & APPLE.

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%

Juice of 1 lime

30 ml of pineapple juice

20 ml of cloudy apple juice

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

50 ml premium ginger beer

Method:

Build in a Martini Glass over

a large ice cube

SHADY GROVE

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets gin 0.0%

30 ml cloudy apple juice

Juice of a lemon

50 ml premium ginger beer

Method:

Serve in a balloon glass

over 3 lumps of ice and

garnish with a basil leaf

NIETS FIX.

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets gin 0.0%

100 ml ginger beer

1 spicy red pepper

Juice of ó a lime

Method:

Serve in a highball glass over

3 small lumps of ice

NIETS FRAPPE.

Ingredients:

50 ml Botaniets gin 0.0%

5 fresh green mint leaves

1 shot of espresso

1 teaspoon of liquid sugar

Method:

Fill cocktail glass with shaved

ice add ingredients

DRAGON CHERRY

Ingredients:

Smash a Maraschino cherry.

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%.

50 ml of Cider.

50 ml of Ginger Ale.

Method:

Use Large Copper or Glass Jug.

3 lumps of Ice. 

Top with a Maraschino cherry.

BELLINI CUP.

Ingredients:

Smash ½ white peach.

50 ml Botaniets Gin 0.0%.

100 ml of White Peach Tonic.

Method:

3 lumps of Ice.

Shake well and serve in a balloon Glass.

Top with a Basil Leaf.
